Pre-shipment inspection agency announcement
According to "imported solid wastes as raw materials inspection and quarantine supervision and management measures" (AQSIQ Decree No. 119) and "pre-shipment inspection of imported waste materials approved management agency (for Trial Implementation) 'requirements, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine assessment are designated South America, China Certification & Inspection Group Co., Ltd., China Certification & Inspection Group India Ltd., China Certification & Inspection Group Korea Co., Ltd. of China pre-shipment inspection of imported waste materials sector, and announced as follows:
First, South America, China Certification & Inspection Group Co., Ltd., China Certification & Inspection Group India Ltd., China Certification & Inspection Group Korea Co., Ltd. since January 1, 2010 commitment from Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Korea exported to China pre-shipment inspection of waste materials business. Japan and South Korea's commodity inspection, Ltd. no longer bear the waste of raw materials exported to China pre-shipment inspection services.
Second, South America, China Certification & Inspection Group Co., Ltd., China Certification & Inspection Group India Ltd., China Certification & Inspection Group Co., Ltd. Korea should be strictly in accordance with China "imports of solid wastes as raw materials Environmental protection control standard" (GB16487) the provisions of undertaken in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Korea exported to China to test waste materials.
Third, the port inspection and quarantine authorities of the three companies with pre-shipment inspection certificate issued by the acceptance of loading or shipping to Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Korea exported to China Waste Materials the inspection.
Fourth, the three companies should seriously accordance with the "solid waste as raw materials import inspection and quarantine supervision and administration," the "pre-shipment inspection agency approved the import of waste material management methods" and "pre-shipment inspection of imported waste materials on the standard of supervision "(Guo recognize Office [2004] No. 39) to carry out the provisions of the relevant inspection services.
